Our group’s primary concerns are safety and environmental sustainability. Thus, we constantly strive to emphasize environmentally acceptable practices. Our sustainability objectives include improved water and sewage systems, access to inexpensive renewable power, infrastructure for industry innovation, a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, and ethical consumption and production.

Scholarship Program Enabling the Next Generation
Under the Babylon Scholarship Program, Babylon awards scholarships to deserving students who lack the necessary finances to pursue their education. The scholarship program aims to identify high-potential but deprived & meritorious students from our society. The scholarship enables a scope for a suitable environment for growth and flourishing future ahead. The primary selection criteria for this award are the applicant’s academic aptitude, merit, and financial condition.
Community Health Initiatives: Health Camps
At Babylon Group, we believe that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right for all. That’s why we do periodic health camps at our different business units offering a comprehensive range of medical assistance to our employees, their families, and the community at large. Our health camps feature free medical support, eye-camps, health check-up, doctor consultations, minor surgery, medicine, testing, and diagnosis– ensuring that everyone has access to the health care they need.
Community Outreach: Supporting Cancer Treatment
At Babylon Group, we are committed to improving public health and well-being of our community. As a result, in partnership with Ahsania Mission Cancer General Hospital (AMCGH), we have donated Tk 70 Lac to sponsor a cancer research facility and major operation theater, providing crucial support for the treatment of expensive and incurable diseases.
Support for Orphans: Families for Children (FFC)
With an aim to provide a home for the abandoned special children of our society, Babylon Group supports an orphanage called Families for Children (FFC) located in the capital. This ongoing monthly support initiative has been operational since 2015. Babylon provides these destitute children, a lot of whom are children with special needs, with all kinds of assistance including food, medical support, and education.
Investment in Education and Learning: The Babylon Library
As part of our social responsibility, Babylon Group supports Tetuljhora high school, situated at Savar, by providing funding for a functional and intriguing library. Students at Tetuljhora High School now have access to a wealth of information that will enable them to learn more about their chosen fields of interest.

The aim of Babylon Group is to create a work environment that fosters togetherness among all of its employees and gives them a sense of belonging to a single family. In order to put that philosophy into action, we recognize each employee’s birthday, provide them work life balance and encourage them to aim higher in their careers and lives in general.
Commitment to Helping the Less Fortunate: Donations to those in Need
Each year, Babylon Group donates warm clothes to those living in subpar conditions in the nation’s toughest localities. Additionally, Babylon has vowed to support and give essential supplies to anyone affected by a natural disaster, such as a flood or cyclone.
