Our product development team works directly alongside buyers from the very first brief. We do not hand off design to a third party — we manage the full development process in-house, ensuring that every sample reflects the buyer’s exact specification in construction, measurement, fabric, and finish.
From initial concept to sealed sample approval, our team keeps communication clear, timelines tight, and standards high. Buyers deal with one accountable contact — not a chain of handoffs.

Turismo Apparels handles the complete product development cycle internally — from tech pack preparation and fabric selection to sample development, fit correction, and final approval. Our development timeline runs 7–15 days from receipt of a complete tech pack, keeping your production schedule on track from day one.

Every product we develop starts with a thorough understanding of the buyer’s target market, end-use, and quality expectations. Our team collaborates closely with buyers to ensure fabric construction, GSM, trims, and finishing details are aligned before sampling begins — reducing revision rounds and saving time.
We produce across three core fabric categories — Circular Knit, Woven, and Sweater & Knitwear — covering menswear, womenswear, and kidswear for buyers in Europe, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Asia. Whether the order requires a basic jersey tee or a structured woven trouser, our development team has the category knowledge to execute it correctly.
Sampling & Tech Pack Capabilities
Precision from the First Sample
Accurate sampling is not a luxury — it is the foundation of a successful bulk production run. At Turismo Apparels, we treat every sample as a production rehearsal. Our team reviews measurement sheets against tech pack specifications, checks fabric shrinkage and colour fastness, and flags any construction concerns before bulk approval is given.
We support:
- Proto samples and fit samples
- Size set samples
- Pre-production (PP) samples
- Sealed / shipment standard samples
- Counter samples upon request
All sample reports and measurement sheets are shared with the buyer at each stage for full visibility and sign-off.
